Hello! Today we’re going to learn how to talk on the phone in English. Speaking on the phone can be difficult for a person learning a new language, especially as you are not able to see the person you are speaking to and are not able to read their lips in order to better understand what they are saying.
大家好！今天我們要學(xué)習(xí)怎么用英語打電話。在電話上用外語進(jìn)行交流，這對初學(xué)者來說是很困難的，尤其是當(dāng)你看不見你交談的對象并且不能用讀唇語來獲得更好的理解時。
It is therefore important, as a language learner, to learn some set phrases or sentences that you can use when speaking on the phone to ask for information, reply to simple questions, etc. Let’s look at some common expressions which are used on the telephone. If memorised, they will help you all master conversation skills when speaking on the phone.
因此，對于一個學(xué)習(xí)語言的人來說，學(xué)習(xí)一些固定搭配或語句、以用在電話交流、詢問信息或是回答簡單的問題中，這是很重要的。讓我們來看看一些電話中使用的常規(guī)表述吧。一旦你記下來了，它們就會幫助你掌握電話的交流技巧。
Answering the Phone
接電話時
1.Hello? (informal)
你好。（非正式）
2.Good morning/afternoon/evening This is X (your name)
早上/下午/晚上好。我是某某（你的名字）
3.X (company name). Good morning/afternoon/evening
這里是某某公司（公司名稱）。早上/下午/晚上好。
4.Hello? How may I help you?
你好。有什么我可以幫你的嗎？

要求和某人對話時

5.Would X be in by any chance? (informal)
如果某人在的話，可以和他/她通話嗎？（非正式）
Asking For a Name or Information from the Caller
詢問來電者的名字或者信息時

可以問下你是誰嗎？
2.Who’s speaking?
請問你是誰？
3.Where are you calling from?
請問你從哪打的電話？
4.Can I have your name please?
