1.為什么要選擇教師這個行業(yè)?
我之所以選擇就是這個行業(yè),首先這是我從小到大的夢想。我特別崇敬老師。我上中學的時候曾經遇到一位非常優(yōu)秀的老師,她的人格力量在短短的一年里影響了我的人生理想。因此,我考大學時義無反顧的選擇了師范專業(yè)。立志做一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師。其次,我個人很喜歡和孩子們相處。喜歡校園的工作環(huán)境和氛圍。
2.你認為一個優(yōu)秀的教師應該具備哪些素質?
首先要愛崗敬業(yè),關愛學生,其次要有扎實的專業(yè)水平和教學能力,另外還要擁有開朗的個性,良好的道德品質。因為自己也是從學生時代過來的,從學生的角度來說,學生喜歡能夠尊重學生,理解信任學生,民主公正,學識淵博,有耐心,真誠值得信賴的老師。而不喜歡偏心,不平等對待學生,照本宣科、心胸狹隘,辱罵體罰學生的老師。
3.你怎么理解為人師表?
所謂“為人師表”,在我看來,至少要具備兩個方面:即“學為人師,行為世范”。
教師不僅要教書,更要育人,以自己模范的品行來教育和影響學生,成為學生的典范。教師把學生造就成一種什么人,自己就首先應當是這種人,成為學生的榜樣;必須先受教育,躬行自明。在學生的心目中,教師是智慧的代表,是高尚人格的化身。教師的言行就是道德的標準。同時,青少年學生又具有“向師性”、可塑性大的特點,他們往往把教師的一言一行、一舉一動都化作自己學習的內容,仿效的榜樣。因此,教師從思想到作風,從言行到舉止,處處都應帶頭做得最好,成為“學生之范”。
4.你同意“沒有不合格的學生,只有不合格的.教師”這句話嗎?
本句話源于教育家陳鶴琴老先生的名言“沒有教不好的學生,只有不會教的老師”。這句話是有一定道理的。在我看來,陳鶴琴之所以這樣說,是強調教育者對孩子的一種責任與信念,是教育者基于這種責任與信念對自己的嚴格要求。這句話的真理性在于:不輕易對暫時落后的學生喪失信心。這是教育者的嚴于律己,自我勉勵的話。但是有沒有“教不好的學生”呢?
那要看這個“好”的標準是怎樣的。我們現在的高考中考,都是選拔性考試,其目的就是要讓一部分學生被淘汰,不管教的多好,必然還是會有一些人會被淘汰。我只能說這里的好應該只是相對不教之前而言的,學生在原有的基礎上有所進步就能稱教育發(fā)生了作用。還有,學生還受到家庭和環(huán)境的影響。學校教育不是萬能的。在一個人的成長過程中,學校教育的作用最多占三分之一,另外兩個三分之一分別是學生所受到的非學校教育(包括家庭教育、社會教育)以及學生自己的自我教育。我們教師不能做超出我們能力的事,我們只能在我們力所能及的范圍內,盡可能地把我們的工作做好――這樣,即使個別學生最終也沒有被“教好”,我們也問心無愧!
5.你的座右銘是什么?
我的座右銘是,只有辛勤的付出和努力,才會有秋天的收獲。
6.談談你自己的個性特征,是否外向,內向,是否有幽默感
我想,每個人的性格都是雙向的,有外向的一面,也有內向的一面,要看所處的環(huán)境,所面對的人。
我本人是比較文靜的,尤其在師長面前,比較內向。而在同學和朋友面前,則開朗活潑。我自認為,還算是是一個比較幽默的人。
如果當了老師,我希望自己幽默中不失嚴肅,嚴肅中有幽默。與學生做朋友,但也會保持一定的距離,師是師,友是友。

1. Did you have any experiences teaching in elementary school/primary school? Yes, I did. or No, I didn't.
2. How are you going to give lessons to little kids?
I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching meathods to help children with different learning styles.
3. Can you demonstrate one lesson?
Sure. If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle little star 的tune)
4. What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children?

well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body language to attract their attention, raise their learning interest and also help student to learn English better. The forms of each lesson should be different. Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.
5. How are you going to keep the students interested in learning English?
How are you going to keep your lessons interesting?
I will try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes, songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

6. How to be a good English teacher?
What is necessary for a good English teacher?
In my opinion,a good English teacher must possess many good qualities.
Firstly,he must love the teaching job.He must be interested in his students.He must have the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.He must have self-confidence and believes that he is able to teach his language students well
Secondly,a good English teacher must have a complete knowledge system of the English language including pronunciation,vocabulary,grammam rules,etc.That is to say,he is required to have received special training.
Thirdly,he must have a knowledge of education and psychology.He knows that language learning is closely related to the students' feelings and emotions. Fourthly,a good English teacher must have a good temper,rich imagination and great patience. He tolerates or puts up with the students' mistakes. He never laughs at his students who can't speak English well,never looks down upon those who are poor in English,especially when they failed the examinations.
