　　今天早晨，媽媽早早的就起床了，她去了菜市場，買回來一些粽葉、肉、蜜棗、和糯米。媽媽一回到家，先把粽葉用開水燙一下，然后把蜜棗、肉和糯米放在一個鍋里，再把一些醬油倒入鍋里，緊接著把它們拌在一起，餡便做好了，這些準備工作做好之后，媽媽便開始包粽子了。只見媽媽不慌不忙的拿起幾片粽葉，圈成一個類似圓錐的形狀，接著放一些餡在里面，然后再用一片粽葉包起來，最后用一根線扎起來，這樣，一個粽子便包好了。我學著媽媽的樣子也包起粽子來。粽子包好了，媽媽立刻把粽子放在鍋里煮，過了不久，粽子煮好了，媽媽拿起一只粽子，剝開粽葉，細細地品嘗，我看著媽媽臉上的表情，忍不住笑了，媽媽見了，被我搞得丈二和尚——摸不著頭腦，但看我開心的樣子也笑了。

　　這一天，人們不光吃粽子，還賽龍舟，插艾青……這都是過端午節(jié)的風俗習慣，據(jù)說都是為了紀念愛國英雄屈原的。
