英文歌曲天天唱：Look after you

The Fray樂隊(duì)風(fēng)格與英國的Coldplay和Keane相似，The Fray是新一批樂壇新興血液中受英式樂隊(duì)（諸如Coldplay和Keane）影響較深的一支，也保留了美國90年代傳統(tǒng)搖滾Counting Crows和the Wallflowers的氣質(zhì)，還有點(diǎn)Jimmy Eat World這種EMO樂隊(duì)的沖勁。
在2005年的9月終于推出了首張專輯《How to Save a Life》，而之前的單曲《Over My Head (Cable Car)》則最早出現(xiàn)在電影原聲大碟《Stealth》之中。專輯中的主打歌曲《Over My Head (Cable Car)》無疑是一首值得多聽幾遍的歌曲。而標(biāo)題歌曲《How to Save a Life》來得更加的抒情，開場的鋼琴絕對讓人沉醉，能夠立即抓住人心，歌曲也在很大程度上和《Over My Head (Cable Car)》打成平手，專輯在美國本土賣了150萬張，在BILLBOARD專輯榜上更是排到了前12名的位置。
