i love travelling. when i was young, my parents always took me to other places to visit, such as beijing, zhuhai and guilin. but as i grow up, there’s such a heavy study-pressure that i can hardly afford time and energy to travel. fortunately, i can “travel” to a lot of far-away attractions in the fantastic world of books and tv. recently i have learnt about rio de janeiro from books. i feel ecited and want very much to travel there.
rio de janeiro lies along the coast of atlantic ocean. it’s brazil’s second largest city. firstly, i love the climate in rio de janeiro. sea climate is comfortable and it never gets too dry or too wet. secondly, i love the beautiful beaches. i always form a picture in my mind of being at the seaside. i imagine myself walking on the beach. the sunshine is mild in the late afternoon and i feel the soft wind moving across my face.
i can see the sun moving slowly below the sea level, just like a hot, red ball falling into the water. some seagulls are flying above the sea and others rest themselves on ship-boards. i take off my shoes. soft sand flows through my toes. little waves sometimes run towards me and wet my trousers, just like naughty children. i enjoy this feast for both my body and spirit. now i know that the beauty of nature is the greatest beauty in the world.

I know how I achieved my success. It came from good planning and better doing combined.

I watched The Titanic today. In fact, I have seen it two times. It is the third time for me to watch it. I saw this film with my elder female cousin when I was young. I remember that she cried when Rose and Jack jumped into the sea. I didn’t know why she cried. I just wondered how cold it is! The sea was very cold and it was colder at night. I thought it must be a disaster film at that moment because many bodies floating on the sea.
I saw it second time when I graduated from middle school. I had nothing to do on that summer holiday. So I decided to see one or two films every day. I wanted to cry when I see Rose and Jack jumped into the sea. Then Jack made Rose lay on a wooden board. He wanted Rose to marry with other man if she was still alive. I cried when Rose released Jack’s hands and promised to Jack. Then Jack sank into the sea. I thought I knew why my cousin cried then. The love between Jack and Rose was very touching.
This time I noticed other people. People were scared when the water rushed into the ship. They decided to make women and children go on lifeboats because there were no enough lifeboats. Rose’s fiancé gave money to a sailor so that he could go on the lifeboat. However, the sailor refused and threw the money on his face. At last, he go on the lifeboat with a little girl. I think he was selfish. However, some people on the ship were warm-hearted. The band still performed before the ship sank into the sea. An old couple lay on the bed and the water around their bed. And a mother told stories to her children. It shows us human nature when disaster happened.
The Titanic is one of the most classic movies. I think it never goes out of style. In my opinion, some film should be seen several times. Then you will have different feelings.

Everywhere we can see the scene of bumper crops: on the fields is golden rice,on the trees are ripe fruits. The farmers faces are full of smiles. They are now expecting a good harvest through a summer's hard work.
The autumn evening is especially beautiful. When the setting sun goes slowly down to the west, the sky over the mountains is covered with red rays of evening sunlight, which shines upon the blue sky and floating clouds, just as the maple leaves fall onto the sky.
It is getting cool at dusk. The wind blows, the moonlight shines on the ground,the frogs croak and insects chirp in the fields. Such a situation will make you forget all the unhappy things in the daytime.
