綠色食品 Green Food
Nowadays, people pay great attention to the healthy diet, they want to keep healthy and can do a lot of things. Green food has become more and more people’s choice, in the market, all kinds of green food have emerged. The reasons for the popularity of green food are various, first, greed food is healthier than the ordinary food, the quality is highly certificated, so the green food is also safe. Unlike the vegetable, which is polluted by the medicine farmers use, green food is free from pollution. Second, the green food is more nutritious, the nutritious elements in the food are balanced and less lost, so green food remain good nutrition. Green food is good for our health.
如今,人們很注重健康飲食,他們想要保持健康,才能做很多的事情。綠色食品成為越來越多人的選擇,在超市里,出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的綠色食品。綠色食品受歡迎的原因是多樣的,第一,綠色食品比普通食品健康,質(zhì)量是經(jīng)過了高度的驗證,所以綠色食品也很安全。不像蔬菜,被農(nóng)民使用的藥水污染,綠色食品是不受污染的。第二,綠色食品更加的有營養(yǎng),食物里面的營養(yǎng)成分均衡,較少失掉,所以綠色食品能保持很好的營養(yǎng)。綠色食品對我們的健康有好處。
杜絕浪費Never Wasting the Food
When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. When my mother saw this, she felt bad for me, she told me that all the food was the farmers’ hard work, I should not waste it. Thinking about this, I felt so shameful about my bad behavior, I decided to eat up the food. Wasting the food should be condemned, especially in the cities, people like to waste the food, they want to keep thin and only eat small portion. Now, the government advocates people clean the plate, this movement is welcomed by the public, more and more people have the idea not to waste the food.
在我小的時候,我喜歡吃很多東西,但是我有一個習慣,我不會把東西吃完,我喜歡浪費食物。當我的媽媽看到這些,她對我感覺不好,她告訴我所有的食物都是農(nóng)民辛勤勞作的,我不應該浪費食物。想到這些,我對自己的壞習慣感到慚愧,我決定吃完所有的食物。浪費食物應該受到譴責,特別是在大城市,人們喜歡浪費食物,他們想要保持苗條,只吃小部分,F(xiàn)在,政府提倡人們光盤,這個做法得到了大眾的肯定,越來越多的人意識到不浪費食物。
菜和生活 Food And Life
Yesterday was my birthday. My mother made a big meal for me. There were lots of foods, but not every dish was fit for my taste. Some were sour, some were sweet, some were bitter and some were hot. I loved the food tasted sweet the most and dislike the bitter food. But my mother asked me to have a taste for each dish, because those dishes were another reflection of our life. Our life was full of sour, sweet, bitter, hot. When I experienced all of them, I grew up. I was confused, but I believed my mother. I hoped I can grow up sooner.
昨天是我的生日。我媽媽給我做了一頓大餐。有很多菜,不過不是每一道菜都合我口味。有的菜是酸的,有的是甜的,有的是苦的,還有的是辣的。我最喜歡的是甜的食物,最討厭的有苦味的食物。但是,我媽媽讓我把每道菜都嘗嘗,因為這些菜就像是我們的生活一樣。我們的生活也是充滿了酸,甜,苦,辣。當我都經(jīng)歷過這些后,我就長大了。我很困惑,但我相信我媽媽。希望我能早點長大。
節(jié)約糧食,健康飲食Save Food And Eat Healthily
Along with the advance of the society, moreand more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is wasting food.As college students, we have the responsibility to do something for it.
隨著社會的發(fā)展,越來越多的問題引起了我們的注意,其中一個就是浪費食物。作為大學生,我們有責任為它做點什么。
Wasting food is not only an immoralbehavior, but also pollutes the environment. So, we should form good habit tosolve this problem. We can start from small things, such as, don't order morefood than we can eat, eat up all the food in the bowls and so on. At the same time,we shouldn't eat junk food but healthy food. It’s good for our health to have abalanced diet. In order to our healthy body, we had better eat in school or athome as soon as possible.

我最喜歡的食物 My Favorite Food
Inour China, there are many delicious dishes. In the record A Bite of China, wecan see the essence of Chinese diet. Among so many dishes, I like sweet andsour spare rib and beef most. Sweet and sour spare rib is a traditional andpopular Chinese cuisine. Its cooking method is simple but it taste well. Sweetand sour contains together, tasting much better. Beef is popular in generalfamilies. There are various methods to cook this food material. We can fry orstew and we can get different but tasty foods. However, taste of home are themost popular in families.
在我們中國,有許多美味的食物。在紀錄片《舌尖上的中國》里,我們可以看到中國烹飪的精華所在。在所有的菜肴里,我最喜歡的是酸甜排骨和牛肉。酸甜排骨是一道大受歡迎的傳統(tǒng)菜肴。它的烹飪方法很簡單,但味道卻很好。酸味和甜味融合在一起,吃起來回味無窮。牛肉在普通家庭中也很受追捧。牛肉這種食材有許多烹制方法,可以炒或燉,味道不同但卻同樣味美。但是,家的味道才是最受大眾歡迎的味道。

People all over the world like to eat in fast food restaurants. the food there is delicious and it comes very quickly. also, it is not too expensive, and the restaurants are always clean and bright. people can eat in or take their food away.
Chinese families love to eat in fast food restaurants, too. there are two kinds of fast food restaurants in china. there are western fast food restaurants, and there are chinese ones. western fast food restaurants sell hamburgers, fresh fries, fried chicken legs, chicken nuggets, drinks and so on. the chinese fast food restaurants sell dumplings, noodles, spring rolls, and other chinese snacks.
My family likes fast food, but we don’t eat at western fast food restaurants very often. my mum says some fast food is bad for us. it is usually high in fat, so it is not good for our health.
