本身是主管, 簡歷 少說也看了幾萬封了,發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些通病是很多人會忽略的,而那些招聘網(wǎng)站或者 簡歷 中心也沒有很專業(yè)的教你怎么寫一封好的英文 簡歷 。
本人比較偏好word版的簡歷,因為目前收到最多的還是模板簡歷,這樣看起來雖然清楚,但是在每天過濾不下100封簡歷的時候,附件中的簡歷還是比較令人期待的。

Word的好處是有簡歷模式,而且也有簡歷的范本,適合新鮮人使用。
不鼓勵用excel和pdf做簡歷。
英文簡歷用詞
- 結了婚是Married, 未婚就是Unmarried? 偶爾看到有人寫上Single會倍感安慰
- 個性有闖勁,最好還是不要用aggressive,中文感覺還可以但其實英文里這個詞是非常負面的,有暴躁的意思,不是優(yōu)點。用energetic或者spirited比較好
- 英文和中文一樣,標點符號后要空一格,不要所有句子擠在一起
- 很多人喜歡在寫職責范圍的時候寫上Be responsible for , 文法上來說是不需要的。這些事情是你已經(jīng)做過的,直接說 Responsible for all outgoing couriers 就可以了
- 英文有很多縮寫,但是在像簡歷這種正式場合還是少用為妙,比如Dont可以換成do not,千萬不要用那些wanna, gonna來代替want to, going to
用招聘網(wǎng)站的模板可以比較輕松,不過切忌檢查錯別字,因為模板上的是沒有拼寫檢查的
英文簡歷格式和頁面
- 寫完后一定要去頁面設置去除多余的空白頁面,或者是orphan和widow現(xiàn)象,也就是單句的句子在頁面的最上面,最好是合并到前一頁
- 記得調整字體和大小,有些人的簡歷除了不同顏色以外還用不同字體,就像是在不同網(wǎng)站上粘貼過來的,非常不專業(yè)。
