做蛋炒飯英語作文

　　星期六的早上，媽媽教我做蛋炒飯。

　　On Saturday morning, my mother taught me how to cook fried rice with eggs.

　　第一步，我將兩個(gè)蛋去掉蛋殼，將蛋黃和蛋白放在一個(gè)碗里，用攪蛋器使勁攪勻。第二步，我小心翼翼的將油倒入鍋內(nèi)，我很害怕油跳到我臉上，但是媽媽說只要沒有水就不會，但我還是害怕，我自己拿了一個(gè)小鍋蓋當(dāng)盾牌，擋著我的臉；第三步，我將蛋液“嘩”地一下倒進(jìn)鍋里，把我和媽媽嚇了一跳，媽媽連忙叫我：“輕點(diǎn)輕點(diǎn)。”我擋著臉，用鏟子在鍋里攪，等蛋液凝固了，我就輕輕放下米飯，來回的翻炒。最后香噴噴的蛋炒飯做好了。

The second step, I carefully poured the oil into the pot, I was afraid of oil jumping into my face, but my mother said that as long as there was no water, it would not, but I was still afraid, I took a small pot cover as a shield, blocking my face; the third step, I poured the egg liquid "crash" into the pot, frightened me and my mother, Mom. Mother quickly called me, "Take it easy." I shielded my face and stirred it in the pot with a shovel. When the egg liquid solidified, I put down the rice gently and stir it up and down. Finally, the fragrant fried rice with eggs was prepared.
