尊敬的老師、親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們:
晚上好!今天我要演講的題目是“剖析領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力”。
近來(lái),我校開展學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力工程,不僅僅是宣傳與培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,更是在高中開始相關(guān)課程,其重視度可想而知。此工程的開展,一是為金外培育高層次人才做更充足的準(zhǔn)備,二是鍛煉學(xué)生一種自覺(jué)培養(yǎng)的能力。
好,下面我來(lái)具體闡述一下我的觀點(diǎn)。
首先,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具備的,這個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并非是要有多大的官職,而只是一種具備這種能力的代表稱謂。其主要可以包含以下幾點(diǎn):
一、計(jì)劃性 作為一名合格的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),需要實(shí)現(xiàn)做好充足的準(zhǔn)備。俗話說(shuō)的好,“不打無(wú)
準(zhǔn)備之仗”,臨陣磨槍更是毫無(wú)作用。就以學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),要能夠充分安排自身的時(shí)間。什么時(shí)間該做什么事,一個(gè)反應(yīng)就要知道。必要可在備忘錄記上一筆,要將自己規(guī)劃得好,不能在時(shí)間上有沖突,因?yàn)闀r(shí)間是永遠(yuǎn)以一種恒定的速度在走。在同一時(shí)間內(nèi)可改變的事要盡量調(diào)到其他空閑時(shí)間,而如不可改變,則要以其輕重緩急來(lái)安排。
二、決斷力 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一些事物,必定要做出一些決斷。在決斷之時(shí),基本原則是考慮周到、處事果決。如果時(shí)間充足,果決這一條可以放一放,盡量充分考慮。而有時(shí)候,決斷總是不完全的,這時(shí)就可以征求一下身邊的“智囊團(tuán)”或者是大眾的意見。畢竟一個(gè)人只是閉門造車,很多方面是不可能非常完美的。
三、執(zhí)行力 一個(gè)決斷的執(zhí)行,決定著一件事的成功與否。若把主意當(dāng)成是機(jī)器,那么執(zhí)行力便是能源。一個(gè)機(jī)器的工作效率,要由能源來(lái)確定。一臺(tái)再高級(jí)的汽車,沒(méi)有油還是沒(méi)辦法開。而執(zhí)行力的培養(yǎng),可以親歷親為,也可以鍛煉身邊的人,讓其他班干部去執(zhí)行,畢竟一人之力是有限的。
四、控制力 有很多時(shí)候,理性的思考是一個(gè)必備的過(guò)程。而能否控制自己,是能否理性思考的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。有些事情,牽扯到自己本身的時(shí)候,難免以感性的角度來(lái)衡量,這就往往使事情達(dá)不到原有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。我校校長(zhǎng)朱耀仁曾說(shuō)過(guò):“在管理上,不要怕得罪老師,你怕得罪老師,就不怕得罪我么?”所以,有事情的時(shí)候,要把持住自己,可以多幾次深呼吸調(diào)整自身,然后以理性的思維來(lái)考慮。
五、抗壓能力 馬也有失蹄的時(shí)候,人偶爾處理不好事情,是很容易的。如果人人都那么容易處理好事情,那么這個(gè)關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)也就是一種不必要了。偶爾的失敗要注重調(diào)節(jié)自身,而不要輕易被壓力壓垮。不說(shuō)困難像彈簧,你強(qiáng)它就弱這種例子了,講一個(gè)關(guān)于玉米淀粉的。這一種非牛頓流體,如果手輕輕伸入,與液體一樣?墒侨羰且砸粋(gè)巨大的力快速打在其上,這液體就相當(dāng)于固體,十分堅(jiān)硬,棒球手套里面就是非牛頓流體。我們就要做這種非牛頓流體,在打擊面前,更要堅(jiān)強(qiáng),這更是看出一個(gè)人心里素質(zhì)是否夠格的時(shí)候。
六、表達(dá)能力 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)總是要傳達(dá)指令的,是各種信息的接收站與處理中樞。一個(gè)好的主意出來(lái)后,要傳達(dá)給身邊的人去做,需要良好的表達(dá)能力,如若支支吾吾講不清楚,自己也惱火,別人聽的更是痛苦。我中華漢字博大精深,可以將任何指令傳達(dá)得十分清楚。一句清晰的指令,可以讓人少走很多彎路。即使是說(shuō)清楚了指令,也要再確認(rèn)一遍別人是否聽懂,一次就能辦成的事,總是省力而清爽的。
總而言之,一個(gè)人的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是需要長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐才有的,并非真的是一門能靠學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)來(lái)的學(xué)科,想要有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,就去在實(shí)踐中慢慢領(lǐng)會(huì)吧!

大家晚上好,我是來(lái)自空調(diào)國(guó)內(nèi)銷中業(yè)務(wù)部的李藝,很榮幸能有機(jī)會(huì)站在這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上,與大家一起分享學(xué)習(xí)完《可持續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力》這本書后的一些想法,當(dāng)然短短幾分鐘的演講,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法述盡此書的精髓,不足偏差之處,還請(qǐng)大家多多指正、海涵,下面將正式開始我的演講,我演講的題目是《做自己的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),走精彩的人生》。
說(shuō)實(shí)話,當(dāng)我拿到《可持續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力》一書的時(shí)候,我一點(diǎn)都提不起興趣,不因?yàn)閯e的,就這書名我就覺(jué)得把我排除在這本書的目標(biāo)讀者群體以外了,《可持續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力》嘛,我都不是領(lǐng)導(dǎo),你讓我看什么“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力”,提升了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力你讓我領(lǐng)導(dǎo)誰(shuí)去?可當(dāng)我沉下心來(lái)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候,我才發(fā)現(xiàn)《可持續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力》有許多的'理解維度。找到恰當(dāng)?shù)慕嵌葋?lái)學(xué)習(xí)他,的確讓我受益匪淺。我是一個(gè)基層的小職員,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)別人談不上,如何領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自己,這本書倒是提供了許許多多的建議。
本書第二章簡(jiǎn)單為上,就讓我有了很多的感悟。我覺(jué)得要理解這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單為上其實(shí)他并不那么簡(jiǎn)單,這四個(gè)字貫穿全文,并體現(xiàn)了多層意思。第一層,我們生活在一個(gè)信息高度膨脹的復(fù)雜社會(huì)里,我必須學(xué)會(huì)過(guò)濾掉那些無(wú)用的紛擾,書中一句話如是說(shuō)道:沒(méi)有人能做到接受所有的資訊,關(guān)注或適應(yīng)所有變化,當(dāng)我們被復(fù)雜淹沒(méi)或看不清這個(gè)世界正在發(fā)生什么的時(shí)候我們就不太可能實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的改善。這里的簡(jiǎn)單為上,是提醒我們,要?jiǎng)冮_繁的迷霧找到簡(jiǎn)的凈土,找到那些我們關(guān)注的問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,頻閉不重要的干擾。沒(méi)錯(cuò)汪峰能不能上頭條這種事兒影響不了股票的漲跌,俄羅斯要怎么對(duì)付土耳其也改善不了北京的霧霾,并不是每一個(gè)信息都會(huì)對(duì)我們所關(guān)注的問(wèn)題造成影響,繁中求簡(jiǎn),找到問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,將有限的時(shí)間精力關(guān)注在那些休戚相關(guān)的問(wèn)題上,這樣才能實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的改善。
簡(jiǎn)單為上的第二層意思,我體會(huì)到的是它在提醒我們關(guān)注問(wèn)題本質(zhì),切勿在還未理清頭緒之前盲目行動(dòng),否則可能既使得過(guò)程更加繁瑣復(fù)雜,最終還會(huì)得不到想要得結(jié)果,把握實(shí)質(zhì),避免概念的混淆。正如書中所說(shuō)的,一只鉛筆就能解決的問(wèn)題,并不需要花昂貴的費(fèi)用來(lái)開發(fā)挑戰(zhàn)萬(wàn)有引力的圓珠筆,因?yàn)閱?wèn)題實(shí)質(zhì)不是如何使圓珠筆能在太空中使用,而是如何解決在太空上寫字的問(wèn)題。同樣在生活和工作中也是如此,完成一項(xiàng)工作最開始的步驟我們就得定性這個(gè)工作,否則到最后往往事倍功半。
以上是我針對(duì)《可持續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力》一書中的一個(gè)小點(diǎn)的一些理解,其實(shí)還有很多方法,道理等待我們洗洗剖析,這本書從根本上提示著我怎么樣將自己引導(dǎo)到一條正確的道路上,怎么做好自己人生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、主宰者。高爾基有句話如是說(shuō),書是人類進(jìn)步的階梯,既然是階梯不是電梯,那就肯定沒(méi)有一步登頂之說(shuō),必須的踏踏實(shí)實(shí)一步一個(gè)腳印的爬,一遍一遍反復(fù)的剖析,才能好好理解此書。正如總裁所言,必須經(jīng)常反復(fù)的讀,才能終身掌握。 謝謝,我的演講完了。
