新華網(wǎng)山東頻道濟南5月18日電 每年的中考、高考都事關(guān)考生前途命運,使得考生和家長面臨巨大壓力。心理專家指出,在距中高考還有不到一個月的時間里,考生容易出現(xiàn)焦急、怨恨、絕望等心理變化,嚴(yán)重影響考試復(fù)習(xí)和臨場發(fā)揮,此時家長應(yīng)格外關(guān)注孩子心理健康。 山東師范大學(xué)教育科學(xué)院碩士生導(dǎo)師、國際家庭治療協(xié)會會員權(quán)朝魯教授分析,面對中高考的升學(xué)壓力,絕大多數(shù)考生能夠沉著應(yīng)對,但也有部分考生會出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的焦急心理,過分擔(dān)心考試成績,導(dǎo)致盲目采取“疲勞戰(zhàn)術(shù)”,在沖刺階段超負(fù)荷加班加點。一些考生也會出現(xiàn)怨恨心理,將無處發(fā)泄的壓力轉(zhuǎn)嫁到別的地方,甚至對父母大發(fā)脾氣,讓家長也很害怕。個別考生甚至因為感覺升學(xué)無望,出現(xiàn)絕望心理。這些心理問題不僅會嚴(yán)重影響孩子考前復(fù)習(xí)效果和考試臨場發(fā)揮,而且很可能一觸即發(fā),導(dǎo)致其他過激行為的發(fā)生,釀成苦果。 據(jù)了解,造成中高考前孩子心理狀況劇烈波動的原因是多方面的?忌旧硇睦硭刭|(zhì)不過關(guān)是其中一方面因素,而部分家長單純注重孩子考前復(fù)習(xí),給孩子施加過多壓力,也是導(dǎo)致孩子考前心理變化的重要原因。一些家長簡單認(rèn)為心理健康問題無關(guān)考試“痛癢”,或是怕耽誤時間,即使發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子心理發(fā)生明顯變化,也沒有意識到或不愿對其進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)和治療,最終導(dǎo)致事態(tài)惡化。 權(quán)朝魯介紹,針對中考、高考前出現(xiàn)的心理健康問題,父母要及時對孩子進(jìn)行“個體治療”,多鼓勵孩子說些積極的內(nèi)部和外部語言,如“自己能行”等,規(guī)避危害最大的消極內(nèi)部語言,以增加孩子自信心。同時家庭對于孩子的心理健康具有不可推卸的責(zé)任,家長應(yīng)積極參與孩子的心理輔導(dǎo),與孩子一起進(jìn)行“家庭系統(tǒng)治療”。家長應(yīng)調(diào)整自我心態(tài),從自身做起,為孩子減壓,并多與孩子進(jìn)行心理溝通,疏導(dǎo)孩子考前情緒,引導(dǎo)孩子進(jìn)行科學(xué)復(fù)習(xí),必要時可帶孩子尋求專業(yè)心理治療。、
